We accept your orders and instructions subject to our terms and conditions and on the understanding that you the customer are acting as a principal and are therefore liable to us directly as far as direct payment to us is concerned.

Shipping Policy: We will only ship products only when payments due to us have been authorised by the customer’s financial institution. Digital products naturally can be accessed shortly after payment is authorised.
We will endeavour to ship physical products duly paid for within 48 hours of payment being authorised by first class Royal Mail or any other postage/courier delivery outfit we find reliable, usually by recorded delivery to enable us track products and also to confirm any claims of non-receipt of goods. Customers also do realise that delays may arise from the postal/courier aspect of delivery service and cannot therefore hold us responsible for their actions although we will strive to use extremely reliable service.

We will endeavour to replace any such item at our own delivery cost upon return of the item in question to us.

Export Restrictions: Our digital products are available on the internet for worldwide use and can be assessed by download or on our site for viewing anytime.

Physical products will be shipped worldwide to a named customer’s address. It is the responsibility of customers to clarify with the Customs & Excise department of their respective countries on any import restriction issues regarding information products before making any purchase. Any import duties levied will be the responsibility of the customer.

Accepted Currencies: The accepted currencies will be clearly displayed with each respective product for ease. Generally speaking, our products can be purchased in Pound Sterling for UK products and US Dollars for products available worldwide.
